get your lean meat any will do, rump, sirloin, fillet.
we will use rump steak, cut into thin strips, then again cut the stripes into smaller stripes.
the idea is to have it as thin as possible.

add the Street Emire - Shwarma spices and salt, for best result marinate a couple of hours or refrigerate overnight.

add 1/2 of the frying oil into a pan on high heat, then saute the shawarma until it takes a nice searing color
try to do it in batches, better for searing and it will not start to cook in its juices ending up dry!
