150 g chicken liver
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp date molasses or honey
1 tbsp oil oil
1 pinch salt
½ pinch black crushed pepper

wash the chicken liver gently with cold water then dry.

heaty a nonstick pan and add the olive oil,
add the livers 1 by 1 and sear till a nice golden color add mashed garlic and seasoning, and sear on the other side.

add pomegranate and date molasses, cook 1 minute and plate,
sprinkle pistachios and fried onions on top
