Fried Middle Eastern style onions
peel and thinly cut the onions into a half-moon shape, make it as evenly as possible
add into a preboiled slightly salted water, and cook till the onions are soften. fort about 5 Minutes
strain and let cool completely
fry in a preheated oil at 160° till golden in color, remove and lay on a kitchen paper.
