Delicious Baharat roasted chicken
1 whole chicken - deboned possible
1 cup freekeh
1.50 cups stock
3 tsp Jerusalem Sunset - Baharat mix
3 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
toppings
1 cup Yogurt
roasted Pine nuts

wash the freekeh under running water and sieve, then add into a medium-sized pot on high heat saute for 1 minute with 2 tsp Jerusalem Sunset and 2 tsp salt.
then add the stock, reduce heat to the minimum, cover, and cook for minutes="20"

season the chicken with the rest of the salt and spices, cover with the rest of the olive oil.
while the Freekeh is cooking, take as much needed and stuff the chicken then close.

roast the chicken in a preheated oven at 180° for minutes="40"

server the freekeh topped with pine nuts, chicken, and yogurt on the side.
