the Famous original Falafel

 500 g chickpeas (already soaked)
 1 medium onion
 3 garlic cloves
 ¼ bunch of parsley
 ¼ bunch of coriander
 1 hot green chili
spices
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp coriander
 1 tbsp salt
 1 tsp Baking powder
other
 Falafel scooper
 frying oil

geth th soaked chickpeas and drain, peel and roughly cut the onion and garlic with the green chili and greens.

using a meat processor grind all to a 1 smooth mass.

add the spices and mix within, work the chickpeas mass so the protein will start to bind it, but don't overdo it or the falafel will be dense and undercooked in the middle later.

preheat the frying oil to 160°, start forming the falafels using the scooper and submerge in the hot oil 1 by 1.

fry till crisp and golden in color. Done!
