Supreme delicious salad

 3 Tassen fresh baby spinach
 100 g Mejdoul dates or similar
 1 medium red onion
 100 g flat bread
 80 g almonds
 3 El olive oil
 2 Tl Sumac
 ½ Tl chili flakes
 1 Tl white wine vinegar
 ½ lemon

spit the dates and slice longwise, thinly chop the onion into a half-moon shape.
place in a bowl and mix with 1 pinch of salt and vinegar, let marinate for 15 minutes then strain.

in a hot pan saute the almonds with the butter for a couple of minutes
tear the flatbread into small pieces, around 3x3 cm then add.
toss and toast till the bread is golden add a pinch of salt and the sumac.
set aside to cool

wash and dry the baby spinach, mix gently with the flatbread almonds mix, dates & onions,
season with some salt, lemon juice, and olive oil.
