1-Dice the onions, tomatoes, and red bell pepper. finely chop and crush the garlic, roughly chop the green herbs.
in a stainless or cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. saute the garlic and onions till soften, then add the spices saute another 1 minute. then add the diced tomatoes, bell pepper, herbs, and cook for 5 min.
add the tomato sauce and cook on low heat for 10 min.
using a spoon make 4 holes in the mix, crack 1 egg in each hole, keep cooking on low heat for 5 min then cover the shakshuka for 1-2 min to cook the eggs through.
serve as it is in the pan, top with labneh or feta cheese as desired with chopped green herbs
