Flavored Arabic Coffee
40 g Arabica Dark roasted Coffee
5 Cardamom pods
2 small Mastic Pearls *Optional
500 ml Water

grind the coffee with the cardamom and mastic.
mastic is optional, if found would add a lot of flavor.

boil the water, then add slowly the coffee and simmer for 5 minutes mixing constantly.
cover and set aside a couple of minutes to settle.
enjoy!
