Lemon Chicken Stew

Dried Limes do make MAGIC

 2 chicken tights
 1 medium Onion
 2 garlic cloves
 6 cups chicken stock / water
 0.50 cup lemon juice
 1 cup choppen parsley
 2 tbsp dry mint
 3 tbsp flour
 1.50 tbsp Salz
 Vegtable oil
 4 tbsp Roasted nuts mix- pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, almonds or similar
Gewürze
 2 dried limes
 1.50 tsp turmeric
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp coriander
 1 tsp cumin
 0.50 tsp dry ginger

mash the garlic, finely chop the onion and parsley.
cut and separate chicken thighs and fry in a pan till golden.

in a big pot saute the onions and the garlic with a couple of tbsp vegetable oil till transparent.
add the fried chicken tights, stock, cover, and cook for about 5 Minutes
on medium heat.

add the dried limes, spices & herbs, and salt. cover 3/4 and let simmer for another 30 Minutes

add lemon juice, mix the flour with some water, and add in while mixing, cook 10 minutes to thicken.

server and sprinkle with roasted nut mix. Enjoy
